Writer. Hard worker. Dime store comedian. Soccer mom?

WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY? MAKING PEOPLE
LAUGH.

Whether it's a day at the office, time spent with friends or on location with folks I've just met, I LOVE to make people smile. If I'm lucky, I can get a laugh or two out of them as well.

PERSONALLY

I appreciate the little things. And a lot of things.  If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be eclectic. There's just too much beauty in too many things to declare favorites. Some of the activities I enjoy: reading, traveling, exploring new places (including morning jogs in towns I've never been to), any type of museum going and absolutely everything that involves song and dance.

Two teenage daughters keep me honest. A working mom soccer mom? It's true. I have two very active girls and I love being there for them. But I also love what I do and that means sometimes I have to travel. Today it's easy to stay connected even when I'm away. Our family is busy – but also flexible and always up for an adventure.

PROFESSIONALLY

I heart cause marketing. And the brand experience. Working with a limited budget means you get to wear a lot of hats. I've run the Ford Warriors in Pink program creative with my partner for the past four years, doing everything from writing the website to helping plan, activate and film experiences and events. As part of our yearly campaign we design and sell apparel to raise funds, work with celebrities to help promote the cause and create experiences with and for breast cancer patients.

Queen of CRM & direct mail. Digital – and yes, snail mail. I understand the pros and cons of paper. Printing, mailing, CKS. I know it. And I've managed the CRM creative group at GTB with my partner for the past four years. Once upon a time I helped build the first CRM group at JWT. I've lived through the transitions of CRM from print to digital to social and I'm ready for what's next.

I can write more than headlines. Editorial copy, articles, in-depth product or service descriptions, broadcast, OLA, you name it. I can tell a story. Yes, I've been in automotive advertising for a long time. But I've also written inspirational articles for cancer survivors, apparel brochures, how-to videos, event programs and more. I've even penned a coloring book.
